How Does This Work?
We meet face-to-face and use a variety of questionnaires to assess and understand where your health is at. During our appointment, a physical examination will be done to measure your vitals to gather as much data as possible for an accurate assessment. The last step is deciding whether genetic testing will be of benefit to you. If we go this route, you can be treated based on your unique and inherited genetics and we can identify where you may be prone to any specific abnormalities or diseases.
Services Offered
Comprehensive medical tests are often required for company insurance and are a service that we offer to many large corporates. These assessments could include a genetic test if other factors point us in this direction, and the outcome is feedback on your health status and a personalised health optimisation plan that may include targeted nutrition, supplements and an exercise program. A 3 and 6 month follow up assessment can be included upon request.
This consists of a comprehensive assessment with specialised tests done locally or abroad to identify and address root causes of your gut issues. The outcome is a personalised health optimisation plan that usually includes a Gut restoration and detoxification programme. This process requires on average 3 to 9 sessions depending on the complexity of your case.
